Inspection Reports & Residence Agreement
Our Residency Agreement is offered to Residents or their Representatives on the day admission and after an initial trial period of six weeks is signed. This agreement will be placed within the Residents main file, which is situated in our private office, copies can be provided.
Prior to signing this agreement a member of our management team will be available if further explanations are necessary.
Our annual increases to Fees are revised in April each year and notification is given in writing to each Resident / Representative. You will also have received our current room charges prior to your admission and we discuss future financial arrangements at this time.
